Life comes with different stresses, some we deem good and some bad. Your body is designed to handle all kinds stresses of different varieties. Problems arise when your body can no longer handle your daily stresses. Daily stresses come in many forms from three different categories: chemical, emotional & physical.

Chemical stresses include foods you eat and drink, the air you breathe, environmental conditions and drugs (prescribed, OTC or recreational).

Emotional stresses include your thoughts and how you view yourself. How you think about certain situations or recall past situations can interfere with your thoughts. These recurring thoughts can drain your physical body and alter your chemical balance within your body.

Physical stresses includes any physical trauma. Some common physical traumas are slip & falls, auto accidents, sport injuries, weekend warriors and repetitive motions.
