Perks of Wellness

Perks of Wellness are different perks you can use to help your body move towards wellness.  Some of these perks you can do at home and some are done here at the office.  The idea is to give you access to a variety of wellness tools for you to experience.

Perks of Wellness are:

We offer private sessions to balance your mind and body.  Your private session can be scheduled for chiropractic, clinical nutrition or Feng Shui For Your Body.  Clinical nutrition sessions are done separately to allow us more time.

Chiropractic sessions are done with low force (Activator Methods or drop table) and/or non force (Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique, B.E.S.T.) depending on what is needed and your preference.  Different Perks of Wellness tools are used in your Chiropractic Care depending on your needs.

Feng Shui For Your Body includes Chiropractic Care plus Matrix Energetics and Feng Shui facets to activate your best directions (health, personal growth, relationships & success).  Feng shui focuses on improving the flow of energy around you and in your environment. It operates on an energetic level to bring you the highest levels of good fortune. By incorporating the power of your thought energy, feng shui helps you attract that which you most desire into your life.  The flow of energy in the space around you is not only influenced by the objects around you, but also affected by your thoughts.  How your personal energy field interacts with your external environment is the basis for what is called FENG SHUI FOR YOUR BODY.  These sessions require more time & additional cost.

pH Testing (saliva & urine) & Heart Rate Variability (HRV) are both assessment tools we use during the initial and follow up evaluations.  These assessments gives us a better understanding of how your body is handling your current daily stresses.  Checking your pH gives us an idea of how well your body is handling your current lifestyle.  Your urine pH is a great indicator of how well your body is handling the foods you eat and drink.  By checking your saliva pH you can see how your body is handling stress.  Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is the normally occurring beat-to-beat changes in heart rate.  Analysis of HRV is an important tool used to assess the function and balance of the autonomic nervous system.  HRV is considered a key indicator of aging, cardiac health and overall well-being.
